About the festival

MURAL, which was created in 2012, has set itself the goal of “democratizing urban art”. Today, the festival has taken an international scale that attracts artists and art lovers from around the world. In 2016, more than a million visitors walked the boulevard Saint-Laurent to enjoy this unique event that appeals to adults, but also to small!

A program that speaks volumes

During the MURAL festival, here are the activities you absolutely must go to: the creation of mural murals live on Saint-Laurent, the Mural Art Fair (FAM), the Block Parties, the After Parties, the guided tours of the courses of murals, exhibitions, and many more! These outings are ideal for spending a day with family or between good friends.

A special year

Although most of the things to see will be on St. Lawrence as every year, other activities will also take place in the Old Port, a great first! We will find the MURAL at the closing of the rue Saint-Paul from June 8 to 11, and the Marché Bonsecours for its 3rd edition of the FAM.
